This large former vintner’s townhouse is located in the main square of the historic, small village of St Genies de Fontedit. It has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the upper two floors that comfortably sleeps up to six persons, and with a full kitchen and an outside terrace to the rear. There is garage-parking below, with a large utility/storage area. The house has oil-fired central heating for autumn/winter lets.
